Peg Perego products come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase (For toy products: 6 months on battery, recharger and wheels)
STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY FOR UNITED STATES AND CANADA
Proof of purchase is required for warranty service. Peg Perego reserves the right to provide repair or replacement components for infant and toddler products at its discretion. This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized retailers or products not owned by the original consumer. Peg Perego does not cover lost or stolen items/parts. Peg Perego will cover the cost of parts and shipping for parts that are missing within 30 days (from the date of purchase) with a copy of a dated receipt.
Our Quality Guarantee: Peg Perego guarantees each of its new infant & toddler products to be free from defects in materials and or defects caused by workmanship when purchased from Peg Perego or an authorized Peg Perego dealer. This does not apply to
normal wear and tear or to damage caused by neglect, lack of maintenance, abnormal operation or unreasonable use, damage caused by the use of accessories or parts not manufactured by Peg Perego or components altered and/or disassembled.

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase with the completion of the warranty registration process, includes coverage on chassis, upholstery and car seats.
Completion of Registration Provides:
• Two-Year Limited Warranty Coverage

•Product Registration for Safety Alert or Recall
Your warranty registration MUST be on file when warranty service is requested. If you encounter an issue with your product, DO NOT return the product to the store or to Peg Perego before contacting the Peg Perego Customer Service Department.

This warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase. Peg Perego will not ship replacement or repair parts out of country of purchase. Service for products covered under warranty is free of charge. If the problem is not covered by this warranty, the consumer must pay for all related expenses associated with the services rendered. Peg Perego's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts as is deemed necessary and as covered under this warranty. During the limited warranty period, product components such as parts, accessories or fabrics, may be discontinued or modified. This may result in replacement or repaired parts different from purchased model. We reserve the right to improve the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.
