SHIPPING POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something does not meet your expectations we’re committed to doing our best to find a solution. For questions, contact customer service.

Orders ship within 1-5 business days. During the holiday season please allow 2 additional days.
To inquire about expedited shipping please contact customer service for assistance in placing your order.

RETURN POLICY
• To start a return, you must first email service@pegperego.com or call 800-671-1701.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods.
• Items must be returned new and unused.
• Items must be returned including the attached product tags and original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of shipping errors or damaged product. Please note that shipping back large items for returns can be costly due to the size of the box.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it has not been used and that it is in the same condition in which your received it.
• When your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
• The refund amount will be less the original shipping and handling that was paid.
• Please note that it can take several business days for your credit card company to process the funds to your account.
